Around the hotel

Things to do

The hotel is the starting point for Villa La Angostura's classic outings: the Arrayanes forest, the National Park and the beaches of the bay. Here is what you can do almost without leaving the hotel.

Sail to the Arrayanes forest

Villa La Angostura's must-do: a boat trip across Nahuel Huapi to the tip of the Quetrihué peninsula, home to a forest of centuries-old arrayán trees. The group's catamarans leave from the bay, minutes from the hotel. Reception can help you book tickets.

More about the boat trip

Walk in Los Arrayanes National Park

The park entrance is a few blocks from the hotel. From there, the trail runs the length of the Quetrihué peninsula to the forest.

The beach and the pier

Bahía Mansa is one of the best beaches in town, and you walk straight down to it from the hotel's garden. In summer, for the lake; the rest of the year, to watch it from the pier.

Paddle, bikes and kayaks

The hotel has a paddle court on the grounds (rented separately). We don't rent bikes, but there are bike and kayak rentals very close by.
