What you should know before booking. If something is missing, just ask.
Check-in and check-out
- Check-in from 3:00 pm.
- Check-out by 10:00 am.
Booking and deposit
- Direct bookings are confirmed with a deposit of 25% of the total.
- Rates are shown in Argentine pesos or US dollars depending on the booking channel. When you book through our engine, the final price includes taxes.
Cancellation
- Free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
- Between 30 days and 48 hours before arrival: 50% of the stay is charged.
- Within 48 hours of arrival: 100% of the stay is charged.
Breakfast
- Included in all room rates.
- If you have dietary restrictions, let us know when booking or on arrival.
Pets
- We accept dogs up to 15 kg with a valid vaccination certificate.
- Flat fee of USD 30 per stay and a refundable deposit of USD 100, returned at check-out if there is no damage.
- Dogs may not be left alone in the room, must be on a leash in common areas, may not get on beds or furniture, and are not allowed in the restaurant.
Payment methods
- Cash, cards, bank transfer and MercadoPago.
Rooms
- All rooms are non-smoking.
- Free parking inside the grounds.
